Baked macaroni with meatballs

For the meatballs
*mix & make into meatball shape :
1 garlic clove, crushed
oregano leaves chopped
250g minced meat
3/4 cups bread crumbs
1 egg
*seasoning with
salt and black pepper

For the pasta
400g macaroni
4 shallots, diced with
1 tbsp oil/butter
1/2 tsp salt

For the sauce
40g butter
*stir in:
50g plain flour
*and add:
2 cups milk (heated)
250g cheddar grated
*seasoning with:
salt and black pepper

For the toppings

2 tomatoes, cut thin wedges
1 tsp chopped oregano leaves
2 tbsp grated parmesan

**bake for 20min at180

for the topping: i'm lack of cheese, i just use the leftover
mozzarella cheese instead..more cheese will taste better sure..!:D
