Wonton

For the wonton
Ingredients
1 packet of wonton wrappers

Filling
4 pieces of chicken fillets
Spring onion - chopped

Seasonings for filling
1 egg
1 tsp salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp of oyster sauce


Method

1. Mince the chicken fillets. Mix the minced chicken with the seasonings for filling
2. Add the spring onion
3. Wrap the wontons, as you wish or see step by step (source: kattebelletje flickr)



For the soup
Ingredients
Chicken bone stock
Chopped garlic - stir till golden
Carrot
Broccoli
Baby kailan/cabbage
Spring onion

Seasoning
Salt & pepper
Dash of sesame seed oil


Method
1. Prepare a pot, add 1 1/2 liters of water to a boil together with the chicken bones, simmer for 30-45 minutes, add garlic
2. Add carrot
3. Add the wontons
4. Next put broccoli, then baby kailan/ cabbage
add more water if necessary
5. Put the seasoning, sprinkle the spring onion and serve
** For fried wonton, deep fry the remaining wonton with slow fire until golden.
