Bagel burger for breakfast



















my first time try making this bagel. It turns out good..lucky me! The dough quite similar with making bread, it's just that the technique of baking the bagel is a bit different. After the dough had double up it size, put it in the boiling water (mixed with honey/sugar). Flipped it the other side
for like 30 seconds. Place the bagel in a baking pan, now it's ready to bake.Prepare the homemade burger, made from mince meats seasoned with pepper, salt and a bit of sugar. Mixed with chopped onions, bread crumb,fresh thyme herb & egg yolk..Fry with medium heat..hmm i like it!

Crab...my forever favourite



Bahan-bahan
4 ekor ketam bunga

* bahan yang ditumbuk
3 ulas bawang putih
2 ulas bawang merah
1/2 inci halia
5 tangkai cili merah

1 sudu kecil minyak bijan
2 sudu cili boh
2 tangkai serai
1 sudu besar limau nipis
1 tangkai daun ketumbar dihiris

*garam & gula secukup rasa

Cara memasak

Tumis bahan yang di tumbuk sehingga layu dan masukkan cili boh,tumis sehingga naik minyak.
Letakkan minyak bijan, sedikit gula dan garam secukup rasa.
Masukkan ketam dan serai kemudian gaul rata. Tudung kuali dan biarkan sekejap.
Apabila ketam bertukar warna merah, masukkan jus limau nipis dan tabur daun ketumbar
